If I get a phone and I don’t like it, can I exchange it for a different one?

Is there / How much is Helio's activation fee?
YES. Helio charges a one-time activation fee of $30 per phone line. It is billed and will appear on your first month's statement. Chat Now

Do you have to run my credit?
In order to purchase a Helio phone through us....YES. A credit check will see if a deposit is required (or not). Contact us for a no obligation credit check.

Some additonal helpful info: Your credit information stays in Helio's system for aprox 30 days from the time it's ran. So there's no need to repeat the credit check if you need a few extra days to complete your Helio purchase. Is there a deposit / How much is the Helio deposit?
Deposits vary, and are based on your credit (see Q&A above). Deposits range from $0 - $325.

What is the HELIO NO CREDIT CHECK PROMOTION, and do you have it?

1) Have a small credit check ran, this will determin if a deposit is required (or not),
