1)	You are not limited to getting the same phone. If replacing or upgrading, you can choose any Helio phone that you would like.
2)	Confirm there's NO CONTRACT Since you're an existing Helio customer, you ALREADY have a contract. You do not want another one. Make sure the seller doesn't require you to sign an equipment contract, a service contract, or activate the Ocean through them.
3)	Confirm the Helio Ocean has a CLEAR ESN You want it to be clear. If it's not clear, you will not be able to activate the Helio Ocean. Main reasons for a bad ESN: stolen and/or past due balance on the previous account. We recommend you request the ESN from the seller, then call Helio at 888-88-HELIO. Try to verify for yourself that it is CLEAR. Note! If the seller refuses to give the ESN but GUARANTEES the ESN is clear... it sounds like a reputable seller (they're just being cautious). If they refuse to give the ESN and REFUSE to guarantee it's clear... do NOT purchase from them. What and Where is the ESN: The Electronic Serial Number (ESN) is a unique 11 digit number assigned to every Helio phone. To locate this number, remove the battery, and it will be located on the back of the phone (it is not located on the battery itself).
4)	Confirm what ACCESSORIES come with the Helio Ocean. There might be something missing that's important to you. Standard Ocean accessories: Battery, home charger, owner's manual / CD, USB cord, earbuds, earbud adapter, screen cleaner, factory box.
5)	Confirm the CONDITION of the Helio Ocean. Hopefully there are pictures that give a nice close image of the phone. If not, simply ask. Good sellers want happy customers, they'll be more than happy to answer your questions. Don't worry about asking too many questions. :) How's the screen, are there any cracks? How's the web browser, will it go online? How does it open and close in both directions, any hangups or sloppiness? Is there anything I should know about it's cosmetic or working condition?
